Service or Product Description

You have a choice of voluntary plans:
Critical illness plans pay a cash benefit directly to employees diagnosed with a specified major illness.

Accident plans pay cash benefits for covered accidents both on and off the job.

Hospital indemnity plans pay a cash benefit to employees who are admitted to the hospital for covered services.

Fixed benefits plans pay cash benefits when your employees receive covered medical services. These could include doctor and ER visits, surgery (inpatient or outpatient), prescriptions and other services.

Life and disability plans help offer protection to employees and their families from lost income due to death, illness or accident.
